We exist to serve organisations in South East England and Kent by:

  • Educating leaders and organisations about mediation
  • Promoting the use of mediation
  • Delivering community mediation and restorative justice initiatives
  • Providing training on conflict resolution, mediation and restorative justice.

Social Impact

ClearPaths WayFinders CIC is based in East Kent and works with local authorities, local communities, charities, corporates and with government bodies. We provide community mediation to support on neighbourhood disputes, help people have difficult conversations and re-establish communication where it has broken down. We also provide bespoke training and leadership development to support charities and community organisations who need support on these things.
