We support people with autism and learning disabilities into employment by offering real work experience and training in our food enterprises. These include community cafes in Canterbury/Ashford and we run a catering and events business. We train people in all areas of the business whether that be learning to make a fancy coffee, making a cake or helping in one of our offices.
All our cafes are on a donation basis so that they are accessible to everyone. What is important to us is making sure our trainees are learning.
Some of our cafes have community fridges and are registered as warm spaces so we can support people in our communities who may be choosing between heating and eating.
Whether you wish to order a buffet lunch or take a coffee break in one our cafes what we do know is that the service will be attentive, and the food will be delicious.
