TRINITY FENCING CIC

We supply Commercial and Residential Fencing and Hoarding services; serving the whole of Kent and Medway with over 35 years of Construction experience.

We also support disadvantaged and marginalised young people aged 18-25 to train in the fields of Fencing and Construction, during our 8-week training program.

They come from various backgrounds; ex-offenders, homeless (of which we assist with finding temporary accommodation where need be), at risk of offending, troubled families, long-term unemployed, NEET) The program is fully funded by Trinity Fencing CIC with no cost to the trainee, and we make an age-related weekly pay available to them, to ensure they are learning budgeting and finance skills, as well as the practical and vocational skills development of time-keeping, constructions site contractor team working, power-tool handling, following instructions to a timely plan, etc. With the wrap-around, AQA Accredited, mentoring, and guidance support made available throughout the course; we ensure that we are getting the individual Trainees 'work ready'; giving them practical and useful work experience and upskilling them to receive Health and Safety Level 1 and CSCS card certification.
